My name is Elaina, and I'm proud to offer you top-quality Angus beef straight from my small herd. As a freshman at Texas A&M University studying animal science, my passion for raising cattle and ensuring their well-being is deeply ingrained in my daily life.
My journey began when I was 10 years old and purchased my first Angus steer, a bottle-baby calf, who sparked my love for raising cattle. For my 11th birthday, I asked for cash and, with $175 in hand, headed to the Gillespie Livestock Auction, where I purchased a heifer named Charlotte. She turned out to be the best momma cow, laying the foundation for what has now become a thriving herd.
Over the past seven years, I have carefully grown my herd, keeping Charlotte's heifers and selling the steers. This hands-on experience, combined with working on our family cattle ranch, has fueled my passion for veterinary medicine and shaped my educational goals.
When you purchase custom beef from 1888 Beef, you can be confident in the quality and source of your product. Your purchase not only provides you with delicious, high-quality Angus beef but also supports my future education.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions about our family ranch practices, certifications, breeding program, or the small herd I've raised alongside my studies.
Thank you for supporting Elaina's Beef and my journey in animal science!

The production standards of grocery store beef are scary. Elaina's Beef is so clean. I finally have peace of mind about where my food is coming from.
Grateful to have a trustworthy source for REAL beef. Thank you, Elaina!
We've spent a fortune on meat at farmer's markets. Elaina's is by far the best and the prices are fair too.
