Place your deposit to reserve your beef.
An email will be sent confirming your order, pick-up or delivery date options, and further details.
Be sure to have plenty of freezer space!

Deposit: $500 to reserve your beef (deducted from the final cost)
Price per pound: $8.75 (based on hanging weight)
Average hanging weight: 744 lbs (for a 1200 lb cow)
Average packaged weight: 450 lbs of processed beef packaged for you.
*please note that these will vary depending on live weight of steer prior to butcher
